In case of dispute regarding the interpretation of the wording, the Dutch and/or French version prevail

 

 

Contrary to all divergent clauses of the Antwerp Marine Policy, this insurance is against all risks with full reimbursement to the assured for loss of or damage to the subject matter insured, however small they are and whatever their cause may be including theft and non-delivery.

This insurance is not extended however to the risks excluded by art. 2 of the Antwerp Marine Policy nor to cover loss, damage, or expense arising from delay or proximately caused by inherent vice of the subject matter insured.

The underwriters are not liable for War, Strikes and Riots risks, unless this is explicitly agreed upon.
